Peter Drucker’s differentiation between management and leadership does not negate that both are important.
Drucker famously wrote, "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things."
I say, do both . . . two rights are better than one.
Hardly a decision goes by, without me asking myself, “What is the right thing to do and what is the right way to do it?”
Make the decision to do the right thing, in the right way, and you will be a better leader.
