In his book Tribes, Seth Godin makes the statement that, "Anyone who wants to make a difference can."
A friend of mine says the same thing. He tells me quite often to "Go Mad." M.A.D. is his acrostic for Make a Difference.
As a leader it is easier to take it easy than it is to make a difference. But there is no integrity in lazy leadership.
If you find yourself doubting that you are making a difference, don't. You are!
Go MAD today. The people around you need for you to give it your best shot.
You can make a difference. The question is, "Do you want to?"
